I’ll be your sounding board and accountability buddy too, because work is always easier with another brain involved.

My love of organisation and helping people started back in my early twenties when I worked for a nanny agency in London. I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed putting systems in place and making things run smoothly, and I was always thinking, “What more can I do to help my clients?”
That mindset never left me. Years later, after moving to Cornwall, I turned that same love of structure and support into my own business, and in 2017 Herding Ducks was born.
Now, I help small business owners and creatives get organised, streamline their systems and reclaim their time. Because I know first-hand how much lighter life feels when everything is in order and running like clockwork.
When I’m not at my laptop (usually falling down a tech rabbit hole, “ooh look, a shiny new platform”), you’ll find me outside, ideally with a hot chocolate by the sea. I’m slowly working my way around the Cornwall SW Coast Path with my partner, Mark. Not ideal for my fear of heights, but luckily I like a challenge.
Assisting small businesses and creatives in establishing and maintaining streamlined systems that maximise their productivity is my true passion.
